You will stroll among houses leaning against the walls, small squares alive with scents and traditions, and glimpses where the blue of the sea meets the limestone.

The guide will accompany you to the most fascinating spots:

• Castello Carlo V, the city's defensive symbol

• the Cathedral of Madonna della Madia with its legend

• the crystal-clear coves, perfect for postcard shots.

At 11:30 a.m., departure for Polignano a Mare.

Visit to the village: Polignano a Mare is pure poetry: a terrace carved into the rock overlooking a turquoise sea.

Famous worldwide for its sea caves and for being the birthplace of Domenico Modugno, it is a city that excites at every turn.

During the visit, you will discover:

• its iconic panoramic balconies, including the one overlooking Lama Monachile

• the historic center, a maze of alleys with poetic phrases engraved on the walls

• the history of its spectacular cliffs

Gastronomic experience: Followed by lunch in a traditional trattoria in the historic center, with typical Apulian dishes prepared with local ingredients.

At 4:00 p.m., departure for Alberobello

Visit to the trulli and the historic center: Alberobello is a unique place in the world: a fairytale village made up of trulli, the typical conical stone buildings, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Walking through the districts of Aia Piccola and Monti means immersing yourself in the rural history of Puglia, among mysterious symbols on the roofs and ancient construction techniques handed down over the centuries.

The guide will take you to discover:

• the history of trulli architecture

• the artisan workshops

• the most picturesque views to photograph

Departure for Brindisi at 7:30 PM.
