Gastronomic experience: Followed by lunch in a traditional trattoria in the historic center, with typical Apulian dishes prepared with local ingredients.

Visit to the trulli and the historic center: Alberobello is a unique place in the world: a fairytale village made up of trulli, the typical conical stone buildings, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Walking through the districts of Aia Piccola and Monti means immersing yourself in the rural history of Puglia, among mysterious symbols on the roofs and ancient construction techniques handed down over the centuries.
